Then she drew the rest of the family.
I do have to say that I used to have a first grader that still drew his people like this. We had a lot of mini lessons talking about how our arms and legs don't come out of our head. Hopefully Madeline will get this concept before she reaches first grade.

I think I see the resemblance :) Andrew's got that great big smile. WHAT- our arms and legs DON'T just attach to our heads?! But, why then, Naomi do I not have a torso? Perhaps Madeline was drawing me...
ummm... i think it's awesome that Madeline is drawing people in general. my Jude ... there would be great rejoicing if we saw anything that resembled ANYTHING other than scribble lines! :)
