Myrtle Beach (Part One)
We just got back home, last night, from a week at Myrtle Beach with my (Naomi's) family. We had a great time!
Madeline still loves the sand and water. She doesn't mind getting down and dirty.
All the playing on the beach made her very tired. Granny's arms were the perfect place to take a little nap.
We don't have a glass front door at our house (and if we did it would just be the door across the hall to look at). So, Madeline loved to stand at the front door and look out. And she wanted the rain to go away so we could go out and play.

We went out on the beach one evening looking for some photo ops.
On Wednesday night we headed to one of our favorite restarants, The Chesapeake House. It was a childhood favorite because we always got to feed the alligators around back after we ate dinner. We didn't get to see the alligator this time. But, there were a lot of turtles and a crane who was catching his dinner while we all watched. It was pretty fun. Madline met some friends while we waited for dinner. She isn't too crazy about strangers. But, I guess if they are kids, then she loves them. She kept trying to crawl all over this little boy.
