Rehearsal

Last thursday, this little family headed out to the airport for a flight down to Jacksonville, FL.  We had a little lunch while we were waiting to board the plane.  The kids did great on the 2 hour flight.  Once we landed in Florida, we drove to Macclenny, which is the home town of my sister-in-law.  We stayed on a 900 acre nursery in an old farm house (which made us a little sad that we didn't get the cool farm house that we tried to get about a year ago.)  We had tons of space to run around and explore.  But, Madeline mostly wanted to stay in her room because it had a bunk bed.

On Friday, we had the rehearsal for the wedding.  That's my brother on the left, in case you don't know him.

This is why we don't have very many good pictures from the weekend.  We were mostly chasing Oliver all over the place.  But, it was also fun that there was so much space to run around.

They sat for a minute.  And Madeline was getting pretty excited to practice her flower girl duties.

The ceremony happened on these steps.  It was really beautiful.

Oliver liked picking the clovers.

Kanon and her dad walked all the way from the woods way in the back.  It was really fun and beautiful.

The cute couple.  They were paying attention really hard.

I'm don't remember what happened here.  But, somehow I ended up with a flower girl on my lap.

After the rehearsal, we headed down the road to another house in the nursery for an outdoor rehearsal dinner under ball lanterns and stringed lights.  It was probably the best BBQ I have ever had and also a wonderful time hanging out with everyone.  Unfortunately, I have zero pictures.  Stay tuned for a few pictures of the actual wedding.
