Overheard At My House

Andrew was reading a book with Madeline while she was pretending to be a baby (which happens a lot around here lately) and Andrew asked her what a rabbit says. She said, "carrot, carrot."

My mom asked Madeline, "Do you know why you daddy goes to work?"  Madeline replied, "Because Jesus died on the cross."
