Montgomery County Fair

Several weeks ago, we went to the 62nd Annual Montgomery County Agricultural Fair.  It kind of seemed like a farewell to summer.  (Although the weather wouldn't agree).

We met our friends, The Holmes' there.

We took all the kids around to see all the animals.  

It was getting a little late.  And really, all Madeline wanted to see was the rides. 

So, we waited in the gigantic ticket line and Madeline got to ride her rides.  

It was pretty busy, although we should have predicted that, since it was the last Friday that it was open.  So, we had to wait in a lot of lines.  

I think everyone was getting a little sleepy.  

Especially this guy.  But, he was still happy enough to give me a little grin.

Oliver played with daddy for a little bit,  

while Madeline rode the cars all by herself.  

She rode most of the rides with Daddy.  But, she saved the last one for me.  I look a little scared.  But, I am just excitedly helping her find daddy out of the helicopter window.  

I think we got home around 11:30pm that night.  But, we sure did have a great time.  See ya next year, fair!
